Box Office Information
Tickets may be purchased in person at the Wintrust Arena Box Office. The Wintrust Arena Box Office is located at 200 East Cermak Road, between Indiana Ave & Prairie Ave. The Box Office is cashless and ONLY accepts Visa, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Apple Pay.
Hours
The Wintrust Arena Box Office is open with limited hours:
- Tuesday: 11 AM – 6 PM
- Friday: 11 AM – 6 PM
- Event Days: Box Office opens three (3) hours prior to event time.
The Arie Crown Theater Box Office is only open on event days three (3) hours prior to the start of each event at the theater.

Tickets sold at the Box Office may be subject to a facility fee. There are no refunds or exchanges once you have purchased your tickets.
